Headquartered in Jinja City on plot no 5/7 Acacia Avenue, the church has experienced progressive growth in both membership and infrastructural development. Many of its churches, initially temporary shelters or under trees, have evolved into permanent structures. Following the passing of Prophet Noah Kalange, Micros Mafabi assumed leadership in 1998 but later transferred the spiritual mantle to Prophet David Isanga due to advanced age and ill health.

Noah Kalange, born in 1933 in Nsinze sub-county, Namutumba district, received salvation in 1960 during a Kabaka Njagala Crusade in Kampala. He initially joined Elimu Church but later founded his own spiritual movement in Nsinze and Ivukula, inspired by God’s revelation. The church’s leadership transitioned from Eliphaz Kigatta to Micros Mafabi, and ultimately to Noah Kalange, fulfilling a prophecy by Mrs. Azaria of the coming of a Prophet from Busiki. Kalange, recognized as the anointed one, established the church initially named International Fellowship for Christ, later changed to Universal Apostles Fellowship Church of Righteousness.
